BEGINNER HIP HOP
Dance We know you. You've been watching TikTok like a fein learning Renegade. Busted! Well, come into Beginner Hip Hop. We will teach you one routine - on the counts, and do it over and over again until you get it right. And who knows - maybe you can share it on your own TikTok. We actually love the idea of that. This class is going to be challenging but you're going to get it and feel hella accomplished. Promise.
DANCE TRANCE
This is the class that started it all. A high-intensity cardio-choreography dance fitness class. You'll have 15 routines to follow and they'll be set to hip-hop, pop, rock and R&B etc. all in one class. Make no bones about it, this is a legit fitness class! We use dance combinations that can be "tricky" but everything is based on an 8-count. We will repeat choreography with the verses and chorus and there's typically a basic section with maybe a v-step or grapevine to help keep you moving. The good news is once you learn a routine - that's the routine always. So you can improve as you go.
Beginners should consider attending DT Prep where a routine, already in rotation, is explained in 45-minutes. DT 101 is also recommended. That's where we teach you a brand new routine and break it down step-by-step. Oh, yeah -we use songs with explicit lyrics and subjects. Be warned. ALL LEVELS WELCOME. CLASS TIME: 60. CLASS SIZE 15.

It’s designed for all the former dance team, cheerleader, and color guard types. Use what you learned “back in the day” and make it part of your fitness! Body rolls, hair flips, shampoos, ripples - you name it. Dance in sync to 8-count diddies just like you did on the sideline/half-time. Why? Because that never felt like a workout, and neither will this! ALL LEVELS WELCOME. POMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. CLASS TIME: 60. CLASS SIZE 15.
TURN TABLE
Ready for a beginner dance fitness class that gives you a cardio burn, is loaded with cool dance steps and is set to a Hip Hop or a club remix beat? We promise you will have a good time and you won't have to memorize any choreography, unless you want to. Just come in and get moving and put your own stank on it! ALL LEVELS WELCOME. CLASS TIME: 60. CLASS SIZE 15.
Z-TURN - ZUMBA
Expect this class to be all the fun easy to follow dance fitness moves you find in a traditional Zumba class, but with a whole lot of extra flare! Bring your friends, your fresh gear and your thirst for all things Zumba. Okkkkuurrrr?? ALL LEVELS WELCOME. CLASS TIME: 60. CLASS SIZE 15.
Footwear Note: Dance classes require pivots, jumps, and turns. If wearing sneakers, choose a pair with heel support, and little to no tread to allow the foot to rotate without straining the knee. Bare feet, Slippers or Split-sole dance sneakers should be worn in Ballet or Jazz classes.
