BOOTCAMP
Get ready to rise and grind! Our coach will deliver a good ol' bootcamp style workout to get your blood pumping in the morning. It's A HIIT class with a lot of strength training and calisthenics; perfect for those of you who want to lift before work.
BALLET BOOTCAMP
This strength workout includes ballet movements, core work, weight lifting and a sprinkle of dance! We combine these ingredients to build your muscular endurance, tone up and slim down.

TABATA
We love a good Tabata. Work. Rest. Work. Rest. Repeat. In this HIIT class, we do an exercise for :20 seconds and then rest for :10 seconds. We do 8 rounds of this focusing on each muscle group so you get a total body workout and burn.
TRAIN
Get ready to lift some weights and get strong! This class is all about power through basic strength training. We're talking squats, lunges, bicep curls, chest press etc. Basically anything you can do with a pair a dumbbells or your own bodyweight. We will go through three exercises for :45 and repeat them three times before moving on. They target upper and lower body plus, abs. At the end of our three rounds we give you a cardio blast. It kills but churns out the endorphins. Our goal here is to help you max out and shred your muscles. Our personal trainers are also watching and correcting form, or giving you modifications to make sure you're staying safe, getting stronger and getting the best results.

TRAIN EMOM
Train EMOM (Every minute on the minute) is a high-intensity (HIIT) dumbbell strength training class designed to boost your heart rate and spike your metabolism. We are focused on your endurance and strength. We are gonna do four exercises (with and without weights) for 1:00 each without rest, before hitting it again. The idea is to bounce back and forth between our bouts of work so you get the best burn and the best results.

TURN 'N BURN
This is a bootcamp style workout. We have 11-stations for you to rotate through. Each with two exercise: strength and cardio. So, you get a lot of burn. The best part is once you get through the stations, you're done. Super efficient and effective and yes - a cardio burn with your lifts.
