BARRE BODY
A modern, challenging, and safe barre class that tones and tightens. The playlist is set to an up-tempo and fun mix of music ranging from pop to hip hop. This class targets specific muscle groups through repetitive movements. It incorporates weights, bands, exercise balls, and the ballet barre to build core strength, while developing long, lean, flexible muscles. BRING YOUR OWN MAT. CLASS SIZE 15.

We take the fundamentals from our Barre Body class and incorporate a teeny tiny bit more choreography and movement to get your heart rate up. We use some of the same props: dumbbells, bands and the barre, to help you sculpt and tone. This class also has just enough cardio to help you work up a sweat, burn calories and build up your endurance. BRING A MAT. DANCE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. CLASS SIZE 15.
TRAIN
Get ready to lift some weights and get strong! This class is all about power through basic strength training. We're talking squats, lunges, bicep curls, chest press etc. Basically anything you can do with a pair a dumbbells or your own bodyweight. Our goal here is to help you max out and shred your muscles. Our personal trainers are also watching and correcting form, or giving you modifications to make sure you're staying safe, getting stronger and getting the best results. This is a full body workout. CIRCUIT
Circuit is a high-intensity (HIIT) strength training class designed to boost your heart rate and spike your metabolism. We are focused on your endurance and strength. We are gonna do exercises (with and without weights) for 20-30 seconds and then add a 5-10 second rest before hitting it again and again. The idea is to bounce back and forth between our bouts of work so you get the best burn and the best results. BRING A MAT. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME. CLASS TIME :45. CLASS SIZE 15.
PUNCH
Punch is a boxing conditioning class designed to get you strong, fit, and armed with proper boxing technique. In this class you'll begin by warming up your core with some basics, then move on to working on your punching form and execution. We will add in cardio, blocking forms, some circuit and finally wrap up with time on our punching bags. Yep - it's going to be like you were in the gym with Rocky and Apollo, kinda but different. :) Who's leading this ass-kicking class?
