We no longer pause memberships. If you will be unable to use your membership for an extended period of time, we recommend you email us to terminate your membership.

Yes. Platinum and Gold members are each given guest passes to invite friends to join in for free.

We get it. A lot of the big box gyms give you a trial, but we are a small, woman-owned business with a lot of expenses. Like paying for our Scott’s Addition address. We also pride ourselves on paying our instructors the competitive wage they deserve. So, we don’t do free trials.

But please look out for special events like Turniversary, Beats & Brews, Pride, and Glow Party. These community classes are free and more fun than a single trial visit.
